Your download starts automatically.

  1. Open the downloaded GQRemote-QuickSupport.exe
  2. Enter your name and click Start session

Your supporter will connect right away. Nothing is installed permanently unless you approve conversion to an unattended client.

If nothing appears after opening the EXE, check Windows SmartScreen or antivirus, then send your supporter this log:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\GQRemote\QuickSupport\diagnostics.log
If the log does not exist, Windows blocked the EXE before it started.
